Razor Ramon is one of my all time favorite characters but the drug problems messed up Hall's career and he wasn't able to be as successful as he should have been. DiBiase's gimmick is classic though but I like DiBiase's in ring work better.
Such a hard choice. Both good wrestlers/promos,both had memorable moments. I'm going with Hall by a razor's edge

i agree with you on most things on here but disagree strongly on this
For me, the nWo was the tipping point. Ted just doesn't have a game-changer like that to his credit. I'd pick him over Razor Ramon though.
