Kanye has a pretty solid catalogue in my opinion so it's hard to think of a "worst" but if I had to choose Breathe In, Breath Out would be it. Really not that bad of a song, but I did hate that Luda hook.

Drunk and Hot Girls was comedy and 808's was good music imo. Has that alternative R&B type of feel that a lot of people are doing right now. I personally love that kind of stuff. If people were expecting a hip hop album I can see why many were disappointed, though.
