All their products are super cheap and disgusting. They spent more money paying athletes for endorsement than they did making a decent product. There's a reason their stuff ain't at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. You find that at Walmart
shyt honestly made me gag instantly, you could do it easy on milk but water with this shyt is the WOAT.
I was desperate as fukking during summer time and I was still in HS so no fukking money to buy legit protein. I went to GNC and I saw that shyt sitting in the rack for like $9-14. lol I picked that shyt up took it home and was saving it for backup when my real protein ran out. I left that shyt sitting on top of the hot as fridge (radiator) and the sun was beating down on it for days. And I'm pretty sure it was already fukking expired since it was in the GNC discount rack. When I finally ran out of protein I went to this shyt put it in the blender, got ready to down it and almost immediately threw it up. The smell and the taste, I can still taste that shyt to this day. I finished the whole jug too.
Never fukk with beef protein.
Good ol Cookies and Cream protein by ON and Strawberry by ON, the WOAT flavors by ON. The fukking cookies and cream during a bulk with milk will fukking kill you. The fukking strawberry with water taste like some spicy shyt.
Stay away from that shyt, boys. These days I'm just like my dad, I just stick to basic vanilla/chocolate protein, none of that flavor shyt. Although I rarely use protein that shyt is a waste of money if you got your numbers down. I just get a big jug (5lb) and it will last me for at least half a year. Never buy a 10lb if you are a lazy fukk and forget to seal the bag often.

That's casein protein, it's not supposed to taste good. You only take that shyt before bed. Casein is a waste of money though, cottage cheese is a cheaper and much better alternative if you are looking for that overnight effect.
