You are right, vanilla is shaky at times. Syntha 6 is like slightly better tasting than ON, imo. The best tasting protein I ever had was the Walmart brand in chocolate.



If you use it as a daily meal replacement, it will last you a week. lol
Nah breh I already drink ensure plus but I drink it with meals. I know better than to use a suplement in place of real dietary fiber.

When I was super skinny and still maintaining weight for wrestling at 125-130 I was also on ensure because a doctor recommended it. Stay away from mass-gainers, they are a false hope for skinny guys. Huge carb/sugar load so most of the weight you put on will be bloat. Just get a big bag of oats if you want quick and easy calories, you can mix that with your shakes and make it any way you want easily.

You should

Protein powder, milk, eggs, green tea extract, eggs, oatmeal, peanut butter, almonds, carrots, kale, spinach, blueberries, honey for sweetness etc

And you'll save money because that's your meal too and you want be hungry that quick while getting most, if not all of your essential nutrients

I had this stuff one time and I threw away the rest of the samples. It made me pee almost every 10 minutes; my heart rate sped up; I got extremely nauseous; it didn't blend correctly i had put half at a time in my nutriblender machine lol; and I got so dizzy and woozy I had to sleep. I slept for almost 8 hours. That was the worst allergic reaction I've ever had. :mjcry:

I fukk with syntha 6. Chocolate/peanutbutter and dymatize 100 chocolate. I also bought a 10 lb of cheap mass gainer just to add some cals and protien even though its not the cleanest one. Im skinny as fukk naturally and need all the help i can get.
