With that said if the Clippers can somehow figure out a way to get them for DeAndre and Bledsoe, I say do it (unless they plan on actually playing Bledsoe who shouldn't be taking a backseat to some of their guards )

DeAndre, even at a younger age, is still more limited than KG and I don't think that'll change this year or the next

IF this deal somehow goes through, the Clips might be transformed into a legit title contender...but that window is open for only one season

With Doc as coach now the players will be held fully accountable.. no more Vinny as the scapegoat when they don't play well. because he was the number one option offensively....he wont be in clipperland

also if he "is" the number one offensive option hes going to have the easiest 20 ppg scoring season he's ever had with cp3 and blake also having defensive attention on them...oh and jamal crawford....

Of course his minutes will be watched and the world won't be expected of him. I know he can knock down some shots here and there but defensively

You'll argue that it's dumb cause pierce and KG are only good for a year or two but what about cp3? He will have a 5 year max deal and 3 years into that deal with those knees? Not gonna be good

Nope, mostly INTELLIGENT talk so far.

Besides, nobody is dumb enough to think he can't contribute?

If he's your 3rd or 4th option, with that defense? He's still consistent offensively and is excellent for helping space the floor, which will be HUGE for Blake and CP3 so they'll have plenty of space to do their thing. Plus you add in the intangibles he brings, it's about as good as an addition as they could hope.

He'll probably average like 14 (on a good percentage) and 7 for them, but his contributions can't be seen in a box score and he impacts every game, every practice, the whole organization.

I'd say there's about a 75% this goes down.

I just don't get why we think adding Deandre Jordan at 11 million a season is seen as a good thing. I like Bledsoe a lot though, but Jordan doesn't interest me at all. Hopefully the plan would involve him getting flipped immediatly.
