6-8 years for 100 mil. If he accepts the offer then I can see 3-4 years coaching and moving to front office. Lots of chess talk going on. Seems like there's some faction of upper Lakers front office pushing back(against klutch) on being a farm team for the league. Interesting to see the rumor of LBJ pushing for the NTC with this new contract.

He’s not going to develop pros with his style; he’s going to get himself choked out and sent back to college. You can’t ask him to adjust his style because his style is what got him results.

That’s what I’d tell Hurley if I was his agent. Take the money and figure the rest out later. If it all blows up in his face, he’d have 30 top tier college offers the day he wanted to go back.

Hurley was just saying last week that Karaban had multiple promises in the 2nd round for guaranteed contracts, plus the Celtics would potentially take him with their last pick in the first round and was going back and forth on the decision but ultimately decided to withdraw on deadline day on the 29th because Hurley was selling him on a bigger role and the offense would go through him to help boost his stock. if dude left 1 week after that that shyt is crazy to me.

So Hurley is supposed to give up an 80m bag over some scrub who can't even make the first round in the WOAT draft class?

Most of these college coaches got to go on fundraising missions and talk to agents and gather up paper to pay players and all that new shyt

We're going to see a lot of college coaches jumping ship. You adding in all that extra shyt, and the kids are high paid a$$holes now, might as well do that shyt in the pros where you leave that shyt to the GM and just coach
