But that's the thing, Skiles gets the expected success his rosters talent have even if it's short lived and by short lived that's atleast 2 seasons or a season and a half. Skiles had the Bucks playing almost .500 ball when he was fired. They took a set back with Larry Drew but it looks like Kidd has them back to where they should be playing with their roster.
