Yes, every time, but he has regeneration/healing factor and enhanced durability as some of his powers

Yep and he was off the chain. He even went through another mutation (think something like Hank Mccoy, Beast). It turned out that this was his natural evolution but due to the adamantium in his body, it prevented him from going through his next mutation.

In the XMEN animated series, if I remember correctly, Storm kept trying to hit him with lightning bolts and it wouldn't even hurt him. My guy would just absorb them like
