Here's what I posted in the NBA thread last night: "Thibs completely fukked the wolves up this offseason. a bunch of selfish players and a passive star in wiggins. gave away by far your best shooting threat who doesn't need the ball to score. lavine could put up 20-22 a game just like klay just moving off ball, none of the rest of these guys can do that. their problem last year was learning defense, wiggins/lavine having their 3rd coach in 3 years, dieng starting, bjelica sucking, and otherwise having zero bench contribution save for the rare hot game from bazz."

this team is just constructed incredibly poorly with no offensive flow, guidance, or hierarchy. wiggins and butler are redundant as fukk except that butler is by far more selfish/ballhoggy which is saying alot on this team full of ballhogs also including towns and teague. lavine is a significantly better fit next to either wiggins or butler compared to the 2 of them together. they should've kept lavine and let him and town be options 1a/1b on offense while allowing wiggins or butler to focus on perimeter defense and being option 2 offensively while the team as whole continues to learn thibs defense.

Couldn't agree more. Thibs has fukked this team. They have no cohesion at all. You got a bunch of selfish cats playing for stats in Butler and Towns. Then you got passive Wiggins out there just standing in the corner waiting for a pass.

This team will be lucky to get the 8th seed.

They should blow it up right now honestly. Thibs fukked a chance to create a dynasty with his poor decision-making when it came to personnel.

He goes for blocks on every damn possession, it seriously looks like he's playing for stats.

That's exactly what he does. He plays for stats. Just look at how he gets out of position all the time crashing for rebounds putting his teammates in such bad position defensively when it comes to fast breaks or second chance points.

For all his talent, I just hate the way Towns plays and I think its one of the driving forces in why the Wolves have been so bad.

Man y'all nikkas really this desperate?

Wiggins just had one of his weird off games. For some reason he disappears against weak competition and rises against great competition.

This is why I'm confident about him in the playoffs.

One of these players tries to crush every team in his path and wants to be the best player on the court, at all times.

One of these players has no motor, doesn't play nearly as good of defense, and disappears constantly.

If Wiggins was on the Bucks, he wouldn't even look Giannis in the eye and would take his rightful place as 2nd option. :umad:

Why does Wiggins get the assumption that he'll magically be able to get points in the playoffs when he's never shown the ability too?

You're speaking too soon. We're only 4 games into the season. I got a feeling Wiggins is about to go on a tear soon. In about a week you'll be apologizing. Look for a couple of 40 point explosions from him soon.

He's moving around a lot more effortlessly on the floor this year. That extra muscle he added to his frame is helping. He's getting much better elevation off the floor on his jumpers. And his first step is even more explosive allowing him to get to the basket much easier. He just missed a lot of easy shots and free throws tonight which put him out of rhythm. It happens. This performance tonight was nothing to be concerned about.

When you watch the games like I do rather than read box scores you pick up on these type of things. Don't say I didn't warn you.
