No but I assume it’s a legit fear for them. Idk if she and her friend were sex workers at the time it happened but even if they were I can understand not wanting to call the police but I don’t understand going back to the same clients house that raped them the last time they saw them.

I know you can’t believe this but sometimes, some naive women dont know that nonconsensual sex is itself rape or many dont believe what happened to them was rape

Nah I do believe that but that to me is where the gray area begins. I dealt with a woman for a couple months that used to go out with her friends and hit me late night when she’s leaving the club to come over and spend the night/have sex. She was already tipsy when she got to my spot. Should she be able to come back years later after she’s grown to regret her drunk adventures and accuse me of rape because she was under the influence? I think that’s some bs.
