So once he realized she wasn’t the guy he wasn’t looking for, he ran her ID didn’t see warrants and she wasn’t suspected in a crime why wasn’t she let go thus prevented al of this:jbhmm:

I want a straight answer from you:leostare:

My bad breh, I’m sure you are dead serious and would like a serious answer.

But that’s precisely what keeps making your posts so hilarious :bryan:

Yea I’m trying figure out, was she legally obligated to consent to the search? The car wasn’t hot, just belonged to someone with warrants. Once it’s clear that he’s not in it, I don’t see why he’d have grounds to search her.

Their grounds are they feel they can do what they want.

but I will give the elephant cac credit for not wildly shooting at the car putting other people in danger:ehh: once his big ass ate that bullet he was done:russ:

Women just won’t learn to leave drug dealers alone. This system, these times we live in; none of it is set up in such a way that produces high odds for having favorable outcomes in life, if you’re in the dope game or f*ck with somebody in the dope game. It’s just bad karma all the way around.

I mean I remember Breonna Taylor type stories back in the 90s- good girls f*cking with dope boys and paying an ultimate price for it- and I remember community outreach people would plead for young chicks around the way to stop getting caught up with these drug dealers, to stop fighting over these drug dealers getting sliced up all over their faces, being killed by a poorly aimed shot meant for their drug dealer boyfriends, ending up with a 20 year prison sentence for conspiracy just for answering the wrong phone call from the wrong person and then passing the phone to the boyfriend, or even just for moving drug dealer boyfriend’s car from point A to point B.... there’s a million bad scenarios that happen to women who f*ck with dope boys. But these chicks will never learn.
Who says she was a saint? A lot of these broads is bad news themselves, sometimes worse than the dudes. May the young lady RIP but no square broad is getting pulled over in something extra extra hot, challenge the police, pull out her cell phone, puff on a square, eat a massive taser blast like its lunch, reach into the glove compartment pull out the shottie, pop the officer, then speed off? The drug dealer probably had to keep his distance from her. Ya'll ain't never seen thug gangsta b*tches that still look good in around your way?:gucci:

She had weed on her so they have probable cause to search the vehicle because the owner has drug warrants. It's actually possible he could have let her go when the person she called arrived but the pistol would likely lead to arrest, if she said it wasn't hers she wouldn't be charged and like I said would only get a citation for the weed, but you can't know without all the info if the pistol was legit or not.

The other option would have been for her to sit down and wait for the car to be towed to the impound, then she'd be picked up by the person she called.

How would he know she had weed on her before he searched her:jbhmm:
