Great straw man, you're an idiot. Plus the current president would be perfectly fine with sending people back with no judges or court cases. In his perfect world, you could be picked up by ICE (this, of course, is assuming you actually are who you say you are), accused of being illegal, and have no real legal recourse to defend yourself. Getting rid of (or at least reforming) ICE isn't about having an open border policy so "hordes" can invade and abuse our safety nets. It's about the lack of accountability said agency has when detaining and ultimately deporting immigrants in the US.
