Yep,

That's why they tell you to see a doctor first. 28 young but her diet was probably terrible.

Most likely an undiagnosed heart condition. Many professional athletes have lost their lives to the same thing.

Unfortunately, no one there administered CPR to her. That's the first thing they should have done.

Wonder if high altitude of Ecuador could have been a contributing factor as well.

I bet her vision was blurry and was on the verge of passing out, and probably hadn't worked out in a while. Whenever I used to workout with friends I always tell them whenever you feel funny, sit down. Your body is telling you to take it easy. You can work up to pushing it but don't die in the process. It didn't look like a hard workout but we don't know if she had a proper cool down or anything like that.

Facts. One time I biked during a day that a heat wave was going on. I thought I’d be fine since the sun was going down and I carry plenty of water. Breh, 30 minutes in I saw stars. My vision almost went black like a curtain falling. I deadass had to sit on the side of the road for like 20 minutes until I cooled down. I thought I was out of here :mjcry:

Was talking to bro-in-law last night, he had a heart attack 2 months ago at 58 or 59. Said it felt like indigestion and he just had a burp he couldn't get out. He was walking around with it for HOURS...

Take of your health fellas and ladies. Stop ego lifting, running, etc...push yourself, but within reason. Know the signs and chill the fukk out when your body is telling you to chill.

I get nervous as hell whenever I feel that at the gym. I make sure to stop immediately.

Y'all probably saved your lives too. People try to push through trying to be tough then wake up wondering what happened and some don't wake up at all.

This vid has legit made me decide to chill on the caffeine drinks... I been knockin back regularly during the week lately..

Been checking my BP all day :snoop:

Strokes and heart attacks hit with no warning.
