Unfortunately there is a lot of dysfunction and mental issues in the psyche of a people that have been oppressed for 400+ years. You don’t typically find this type of behavior in black people that were raised in middle and upper class environments and to be fair many raised in lower class environments wouldn’t behave this way. However there is a large subculture- formed from the environments they’re from - where this type of out of control behavior is normalized.
