Summary:
Men aren't approaching women as much, women are complaining and she's confused why they're complaining since this is the end game of women being angry about unwanted male attention.

Therefore if you're a shy woman and want a man to initiate conversation, you'll have to just keep waiting since dudes aren't trying to get put on that twitter summer-jam screen for having the apparent audacity to introduce themselves and tell a woman she's beautiful and they want to get to take her on a date.
