Clearly this person is insane.

Society struggles with how to handle the insane people but I have a very pragmatic view.

Kinda like with dogs. If a dog flips out and attacks someone we understand how to deal with that. Put the dog down. Maybe the dog has unresolved issues and maybe it's sad and maybe it's been abused. Yet and still, we take the dog off the board cause we cant have that type of factor among us.

I see nothing wrong with putting crazy people down. You have to be sure that you don't eliminate innocent people, but when you have clear evidence that the person is psycho, just serve justice right away.

Zero emotional regulation or control. No thoughts about consequences until they see those flashing red & blues and they're being put on their face at gun point. Someone like that can't be trusted to function in a civilized society. Stress isn't an excuse.

You have no idea how unstable that stranger is or what they're willing and looking to do at the first sign of provocation. Mind your business and tell your jokes in private. Being the class clown or bully beyond high school can result in harsher penalties than detention.
