A nurse I know said a lot of those BBLs end up looking bad a year later because they get uneven or lopsided, and the women don't have the cash to maintain it. Whereas the Kardashians (before they got rid of their BBLs) were regularly maintaining theirs every few months, hence why it looked good.

This is somewhat off topic...the other night I was out with a few people, this lady that works with my girl said her sister got her body done down in DR...long story short, she knows the cosmetic surgeon...he went from working at a small clinic doing lip injections and botox....to now working in a big clinic doing all types of BBL's and sh*t.......dude got a spot in Jamaica and Miami, and has a yacht....all in the last 10-15 years. #theBBLeconomy

I think most people know a least one woman with a BBL.
Off the top of my head I know 4 with BBL's.

Once I saw an indigenous woman with a BBL.on the beach in Hawaii. I've never seen any other woman with a BBL in real life. I assume strip clubs are full of them but I haven't been to one in years.

Nah again, normal women are getting BBLs. I know at least 5 women personally who have a BBL. One actually looks pretty good and fits her body well. Another's is decent too but you can tell... The shape isn't quite there but she has a great body otherwise.

Then there' a few that have TERRIBLE looking ones. Usually they are more terrible looking than anything. I've seen a chick I know posted here a few times too lol but I'm not airing her out.
