And yes, the double standard I'm talking about is the one where men are praised for being promiscuous, while women are shamed for it.

So since they "don't like" this duality in how men and women are perceived, they have two options that would mitigate the double standard, they could

A. Stop criticizing women for being promiscuous. Stop talking about how women need to be difficult and make men jump through hoops to get sex. Stop considering women that do own their sexuality "ho's". Stop believing that their chastity entitles them to a man

or

B. Stop rewarding "playas". Stop being attracted to men that have women. Stop flipping the script when a dude you paid no attention to now has a chick and suddenly you notice how "fine" he is. Stop only dealing with dudes two points above your level that don't put in any work, and ignoring the guy at your level that wants to take you out to dinner.


They can do either one of these, but in general, they do neither (obviously their are exceptions). It's all smoke and mirrors, tho. They cry and complain about the double standard, but they don't want it to go away, mainly because they benefit from it.

Rules of supply and demand dictate that the women gain advantage in the dating market by decreasing the supply of vagina, while the supply of penis is virtually infinite. There's a reason why overweight women with nothing else going on for them can pull attractive in shape men, with the snap of a finger.

So when women complain about it, I take it with a grain of salt. It's an emotional argument, but not one they truly believe in.

Most women will never change. That my friend what you identified is their ace in the hole! Their "victim" card.

When they notice a real dime getting attention they can say it's because she's permiscuis or a slut instead of developing qualities for her to attract a suitable partner

The other way they flip it with giving play to "playas". It's a cheap thrill she doesn't have the depth to maintain a quality man. So she realies on these cheap thrills as her looks naturally began to fade

Women love double standards that benefits them. I had an argument with a girl who kept saying it was a double standard for people to look down on women with younger men, then I asked her what it is when she expects men to pay for everything. She said a man should want to do that.

I don't look down on women who have a lot of sex. I don't look down on men who have a lot of sex. Or vice-versa. I don't think a man should pay for anything solely because he is a man. I don't think a woman has to be younger than the man she's dating.
I accept that people are different minded individuals who are still trying to figure themselves out.
I don't think anyone has to fit a certain criteria because of their gender as long as they're happy. Realistically though, there are certain patterns and traits of what society considers "traditional." Stick with that if you want. If you don't, try something else. I don't get the confusion here. I don't think you're paying attention to the wave of social change going on right now. Haven't you heard of the whole Shame slut shamers movements or tinder or everything else? The majority of Younger women, age 30 and younger are not shaming women who have a lot of sex. If you hear someone call a women a slut or promiscuous she is probably jealous or religious

I will leave by the double standard as long as women can step out and get dikk when they want. Its not that hard, men have to work harder for puss so if a chick is loose, she is a thot. I value women who are very selective with who they jump in bed with.

OP, you keep using the word "they." Who is "they?" Women aren't a monolith. There are women who are enlightened about the double standards that exist between men and women, and there are women who aren't enlightened. We live in a patriarchal society, so you can only expect the male-identified women, who aren't enlightened, to perpetuate the negative double standards you described above.

Yes they do. Go on LSA and you will see tons of women criticizing female promiscuity. Women cockblock each other when they go out. I've heard a ton of women complain that the innocent chase sista is getting overlooked in favor of the club "thot". It's pervalent on the internet, but I've been hearing it in real life for 20 years as well.
