I post like someone who owns property, and who cannot imagine someone coming into one of my homes, asking me how much is the mortgage, and then telling me what they are going to pay based on what I am paying. The fact that this scenario is dealing with a relationship doesn't matter, as women shouldn't let men come in their homes like that anyway. But if they choose to, there is no need to lie to justify the fact that you pay what I say you pay, or you get your own place.
