Once again, this won't be a conversation worth having in TLR.

DISCLAIMER

In regards to the recent fiasco with Chloe Bailey, and the threads on the silhouette challenge, I have to say that it's getting hard to feel bad for the victims. And yes, this sounds like victim blaming, and I'll call a spade a spade, they are victims (of bullying?) but I can't feel bad for them.

Why?

Because A LOT of men on this free internet are [Insert truth no one wants to hear]. I'll say "weirdos" for now.

We all know it, they know it, it's been this way forever.

Please note, this is not exclusive to men.

But EARFQUAKE, if you blame the victim instead of the weirdos, they'll never be accountable for their behavior. This is dangerous rhetoric you're spouting and could very easily be relayed to how a rape victim is dressed.

Please know there is a difference in what I'm trying to point out here. We all know that most rape victims are raped by people close to them and it NEVER has anything to do with how the victim is dressed or any aspect of the victim for that matter. The women I'll be mentioning below are not in the same category as rape victims.

CHLOE BAILEY
Now that we're beyond that (or not) Chloe Bailey did absolutely 100% nothing wrong. The women who do the silhouette challenge or any hypersexual challenges have done nothing wrong.

What's wrong, or what I should say, what I disagree with, is the reaction to known foolishness.

CB did what she did publicly...and then started crying about the negative feedback she received from the public.

Why do we expect 100% positive affirmation? This is the internet. There are weirdos and hating ass eggheads being weirdos and eggheads for NO REASON. You exist, they have a reason.

Fans coming to her rescue, that's a given. Fans are gonna do what fans do. But IRL, one of Cloe's friend would look her dead in the eyes and tell her to either ignore it or post more videos. Because arguing with trolls will only waste your time. Ask me how I know. And this is why CB isn't at fault for her reaction completely, she's clueless at the time being. Thing is, she needs to have that wake up call sooner than later.

ALLEGED EDITED SILHOUETTE CHALLENGE

Do I think editing a video to expose more nudity is sexual assault? No, because it doesn't meet the definition of what assault is.
Now sexual harassment? Borderline. Because this isn't like someone minding their own business was put on a deepfake porn video. It meets some of the criteria for harassment, and it's definitely weirdo behavior.

Now my take on this is just to say I think editing someone's video to expose more nudity they didn't consent to showing is wrong. THANKFULLY, the editing of the videos didn't catch on, so I think there's more of a conversation on whether or not women exploiting themselves should feel uncomfortable with having something they put on the internet publicly exploited.

IN CONCLUSION

While I appreciate all the smoke the fans and sexual freedom fighters have for the weirdos, we need to tell the women engaging in public display of sexual deviancy the reality of what to expect once it's out there.

So EARFQUAKE, are you saying doing the Buss It challenge or any kind of challenge where women get to show off their assets is sexual deviancy?

Yeah. If I need to break that down I will.

OK so what was the point? You said all that to say a whole lot of nothing.

Because instead of relying on strangers to do the right thing and protect you, we should learn to take precautions in protecting ourselves. Limit the exposure, don't post it at all, or ignore the inherent weirdo behavior.

I agree with the gist of this because it’s common sense.

Howrver I do think there is also room for us as a society to denigrate and pick apart men (and some women) weirdos who are so upset, resentful, angry at female sexuality that they feel the need to harrass chicks or try to take away a woman’s agency.

The nascent stages of this mentality is silly internet shyt like this. But when taken to extremes you get dudes biting chicks eyeballs and rural India.

At some point we need to be inundated as a society with the idea that you don’t have the right to someone’s body regardless of how they portray it. It needs to be in every textbook, trending, hashtag, social media outlet, thinkpiece...

You won’t get all the crazies but we can take steps to make society waaaaay more hostile for these individuals. They too comfortable.

Also I’d love to see if some chicks in STEM programs could develop some software that traps doxxers and exposes them. I’m aware of some honeypot innovations but this could be a major opportunity. If we can put humans on the moon, somebody can develop some software that reveals these idiots when they feel sooo strongly about some titties that they wanna try and punish somebody over them.:mjlol:
Just thinking about how weird you gotta be to even wanna do that dumb shyt is:mjlol:

There's definitely room for the very much needed conversation on why people get bothered or take things too far against sexualy liberated individuals.

Do I think it'll work? No, because it's 2021 and you still have men who agree with how orthodox Muslims treat their women.

All in all, we still have a long way to go, and we ultimately need to find a balance.

Lol the pessimist in me agrees. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst. I can dig it. It’s impossible to deny the logic behind your rant....:russ: I liked it. It could feel the your incredulity over the absurdity of this shyt.

Sometimes shyt is so stupid it catches you off guard:laff:
