Anyone else work in an industry dominated by women? I do. I mean men still are dominate at the top levels but it seems like at least 50%-70% of employees are women now.
Anyways.
It seems like women always want to kill each other.
I mean what is up with all the bickering, politics and the in fighting? it seems like women have no concept of a sisterhood?
I was on a team that was all men except for the top management who was a women. She commented that, " it's different on an all-male team isn't? You guys seem to get along a lot better than us." Of course, we didn't say anything in response because of the PC climate of today's world.
I had problems working on another team once, and I told my work counselor that, "there is just too much in the way of fighting and politics. It's so inefficient". My counselor, a women responded with, "Sounds like typical women's team". I responded with,"How could you say such a thing? I am offended." Of course I was acting and lying.
