Women problems: Am I the bad guy in this?

This just happened to me so I’m a lil
This chick had the nerve to call me and talk about why I don’t talk to her anymore and blah blah blah “a real man chases what he wants”.
I asked her, if the shyt meant so much to her why didn’t she feel the need to fix it.
She told me, “that’s what a man is supposed to do”
Not to brag but lil whore i got options. When I was communicating and we were on “good” terms she’d ignore me for hours, leave me on read, flake all the time, cancel plans at the last second.
I got tired of the shyt and stopped talking to her until she felt the need to. Like 3 weeks went by and NOTHING. Now this woman hittin my phone with “obviously you don’t care”
She thought I was about to wait on her like a lapdog forever? Then got mad when I wanted her to do some shyt?
Idk maybe I’m trippin tho
I want to know why she thinks that she has the power to guilt trip you?
Then I want to know why you give her that power? Do you think that you can not do better than her? Do you think that you deserve that ignorant ass treatment?
