Regular black women? I know what you’re saying but it’s not that simple. There’s women in the community everywhere who think like this and unless you live in the south where there is A LOT of black women then it’s hard to filter through. And even in the south I’m sure nikkas gotta put an effort to filter through these chicks.

I live in the Midwest, got a pretty large group of Black women I'm friends with. They're pretty down-to-Earth, and the only ones who are a bit absurd with their taste can match it pretty well.
In another thread I pointed out I saw a lot of marriages - they're getting married to "9-5 brothers" - one is a Princeton/Yale grad and she married a brother I grew up with who just became an engineer.

Same thing for the women in my family.

Honestly rappers and athletes have more social capital than young black men because of discrimination. Education doesn’t necessarily mean higher earning for black men in the short term. That’s why we need more entrepreneurship.

Education in my experience trumps drug dealing - 10/10 - all of them young men I knew jumping into "entrepreneurship" are being misled.
Most are falling into FOREX/pyramid schemes/clothing sales - and not anything substantial.

I would love tech companies, product development, finance, etc to come out - but that requires education.

This point is CRIMINALLY UNDERSTATED. I'm in San Diego, tbh in Cali in general it seems the only articulate black women are mixed, which directly leads to them having a higher prevalence of entertain non bm exclusively, or before they consider bm. That's not to shade full bw but due to socioeconomic reasons/capitalism/racism most bw live in Southeast SD, and in LA South Central/Long Beach. Hate to say it but I'm not going to the hood to look for love or some ass. The risk/cost benefit analysis doesn't make sense, not trying to end up like Merlin Santana. But bw seem damn near non existent in middle class circles. The ones you meet are whitewash/bougie/black only in skin. Honestly if I don't meet a sista in school got 2-2.5 years left I just don't see it. Not to mention girls in higher education, chasing meaningful degrees fw the same type hood boogers do.

Man of no country type situation, fortunately I'm comfortable alone or I'd probably suffer from substantial depression. As a black man who's educated, trying to get money within the confines of the law. with basal/common sense standards, you're a man on an island 90% of the time. Especially for the younger crowd under 25 if you're the aforementioned type you're damn near alien in the community.

You live in Southern California, so that makes sense. The median home value where you live is probably like $600k - outside of where you are, I'm sure it's more normal.

I know some regular Black women from LA that are really cool, as well as some from the Bay. If you're painting a brush that broad, it doesn't sound like you're actually f/w normal women. What school do you go to? I know some sweet women in the BLSA chapters of Hastings, UCLA, and USC Gould.

I stopped reading at San Diego. I aint never been, but it's a rich city near the beach. Rich and beach = Cacs & Asians galore. You need to move, I don't care how beautiful that city is, ain't no way I could live around all them bougie folks.

If you smart you take yo ass to Texas Or ATL or DMV. You sound like you got the money so them cities are good spots filled to the brim with black women and a lot of coli brehs can tell you about them areas.
