Security is there to observe & report. They tell you in your guard card class not to get involved with any altercations but to just observe as much as you can.
I remember a nikka trying to steal a car at this rental place I worked at, I just stood back and rested my back on the guard shack. Called the police, wrote it in my DAR and went home.
They dont want you getting into shyt cuz thats a liability. It takes years to be a policeman but 2 hours to get your BSIS Guard card. We aint no darn cops and 9/10 if I catch you stealing something I'mma hit you with that 'leave before someone sees you'. Im trynna collect my check and get gone I aint worried about being nobodys hero.
