I can’t even blame the “hacker” or even call him an incel at this point. They left the door wide open. This is why I said incompetence is dangerous… all parties involved.
And as an app developer, you can actually pay people to test your apps defenses .. which probably would’ve been the very first thing I did if I created something that hoards personal information and that could leave me open to get sued as well as jeopardize the safety of my customers.
I wonder if the the makers of Tea get sued for not taking the necessary precautions to prevent this because it looks like they didn't.Exactly
