I love Nakamura, I really do. But him getting in, let alone with a 73% is a fukking joke :mjlol: his case is little bit better than Orton and Punk, but he still doesn't have enough to get in. And to think Fujiwara can't even get on the ballot :snoop:

Colon finally made it :obama:

Surprised D-Bry didn't get in considering all the praise and awards he's gotten on the WON. It was his first year on the ballot so it makes sense other people took precedence. But considering all the stock A LOT of voters put in Dave's opinion and awards (that's how Nakamura got so many votes) I thought DB was going to get right away. He'll surely get in next year without Brock in the way. Sting is gonna get in next year most likely too, there aren't a lot of US guys left and he did enough "business" this year for people on the fence giving him a vote in 2016.

AJ Styles off the ballot makes no sense either. Specially because these last two years have made him a legit candidate. TNA really fukks people's perception on a wrestler, wouldn't shock if folk think he only has these past 2 years for a case :smh:

And I'm the farthest thing from a Lucha expert, but even I know Perrito getting in before fukking Villano III is an even bigger joke than Nakamura :mjlol: that's what a WON obit can do for a guy on a WON HOF I guess.

Give AJ Styles a couple more years killing it in Japan and he will be a certified HOF anywhere. That is if he doesn't sign with WWE :upsetfavre:

Legend has it there is a physical WON Hall of Fame location and is under Meltzer's office garbage.

Why is his case better than punks ? I feel like the people I hear that vote on the HOF mostly look for reasons to not put guys in .punk like him or not is the precursor to these Indie guys in the WWE. Without him we don't get Bryan etc

BROCK LESNAR!!!

The GOAT finally getting that recognition. I just wish he'd stayed so we'd never had Cena, and before the Network, so you'd know the true power of a draw!

Cena is lucky Lesnar left and that Orton was too lazy to be WWE's #1.

So Vince McMahon Jr. can get in but not Carlos Colon? :dahell:

Colon is one of the best promoters ever and a great in ring performer, he's a lock as a Hall of Famer.

Is he a piece of shyt? Probably, Brody was too by the way (doesn't mean he deserved what he got :whoa:) and most of the wrestling figure heads. shyt. half of that HOF is probably low key racist too...

Why is his case better than punks ?

What I meant was that Nakamura has a better case as a puro hall of famer than Punk has as a US hall of famer. The way the WON HOF voting system works, every wrestler is on a region and is mostly judged against the guys put in that region. Punk doesn't directly compete with Nakamura (one is in the US region, the other in Japan). I don't think I explained my self well but I can't come up with a better way to do it :ld:

They are very similar candidates. Not big draws, great characters, very good workers (though lacking in motivation and consistency) and specially great big time performers.

Apparently the boys can't stand him

He's overrated to all hell us why. It's cool. The Yes Movement was a real feelgood thing, that carried the torch of the pipe bomb and went mainstream. But....he really really really sucks as a face, which is what he's going to be pushed as until he retires. Heelish seems closer to his latent personality (not that he's a dikk in real life at all, it's just a lot easier to act the opposite of your normal state).

If you're off the ballot, are you off for good? Because AJ seems young to even be on/looks like he can wrestle for years if he chooses to.

And Bill Apter isn't in. Those mags were a staple of my childhood :mjcry:

Mr. Perfect isn't even in? What kind of Hall of Fame is this? :scusthov:
