Watched about half of the first episode and it was pretty meh. Nothing that captivating to me. I'll give it another shot this weekend.

I wish they went straight drama because the humor is not landing for me at all. Writing tries to juggle both and it feels like too many cooks in the kitchen. Reminds me of something that would be on Amazon Prime Video or Showtime, not HBO.

I like the humor cause it highlights how goofy those mfs were and doesn't make then seem like noble patriots who made a mistake
