U forgot to add that Michael Johnson had food poisonin in 92 thats why he flopped. And he was runnin slower times because a) he was old and b) he dominated where its impossible to dominate for so long as he did. From 89-00

And Carl Lewis was probably the main person who help get Track and Field from amateur to pros status.

jamaica was always there before 2000 Merlene Otty, Linford Christy who ran for G.B. in 96, Ben Johnson (ran for canada) Don Quarrie (former record holder in 70s)my uncles running partner back in the day..George Kerr my cousin , Herb McMckinly, Author Wimp in early days..We have alot history
