I tried to be one of the Pepsi boys back in the day like my homeboys but my driving record wasn’t too good at the time

Yeah, I cant do a lot of ot. I'd be drained.Manual labor jobs aren't bad.. but doing crazy OT will definitely gas you out.
40 hours a week is good for me, I can still play basketball, lift etc.
But doing 20 hours OT? Hell nawl.. I come home with a headache and tired.
All you wanna do is go to bed.
When the pay is shytty it's still not all that great.I've done that more times then I can count.
I'm used to it. I prefer it.
When that check hits![]()
You cant tell me nothing!!!!!!

My first job at burger king lasted 4 1/2 weeks. I was 15 and wanted a playstation 2. I got a job just to get the system, extra controler and 3 games bc I knew my mom didn't have it. I busted my ass for that system and it was worth itI did that back in 2018 when the switch was new and out for a few months
worked like 10 days straight, damn near killed myself
but in the end was worth it
spent like 1700 for the console, a shyt load of accessories and games
My body hurt
back sore, fingers swollen, I tripped going up the stairs last night and stumped my ingrown toenail, feet sore from them raggedy ass boots
but y’all gotta have y’all Pepsi tho![]()

Grind as hard as you can while you young with the energy so by the time you hit 40 you justRight now I'm working 7 days a week, 12 hours a day on a swing shift. Been that way for a minute.
I'm also taking home almost $1900 every week.
Please believe me though...all money isn't good money. I'm mentally fried and physically exhausted. There's folks I work with who have walked out this job just this past week despite being on pace to make around 120k for the year.
A man's state of mind is always more valuable than the state of his bank account.
