I hate work snitches

I work in "big tech" and someone snitched a couple levels up.

In next meeting's presentation I listed "stop running to the division head" and included a picture of a Death Grips tweet under our action items.



Then called a meeting, dismissed all managers and told the group to figure out problems amongst themselves.

Managers (especially in tech) are NOT there to be taskmasters, or oversee, or solve your shytty problems. They are there to clear hurdles for the smart people, that should be their primary function.

I hate this generation. As much as they push for change in labour laws, they're responsible for removing a lot of corners people used to cut.

Certain jobs, it was an accepted fact that people would take it turn to steal a few hours sleep. Can't do that shyt any more because some dikk head is thinking about how many likes they can get on tiktok.

Same with that doofus who thought he was onto some shyt because he set up his Xbox at work.

Unionized places still do this though. When I worked at UPS, ppl would share/cover doubles for those that needed an extended break. I know one breh that was still on the payroll while locked up for a few months. Corps of scared of Unions for a reason. Amazon loves vids that expose their employees.

Given the circumstances of those warehouses (I worked for two in the past), its just nothing but house workers that kiss ass like that camera snitch, and workers trying to get over the hellhole for the time being. Unless the chick is a shyt worker, which I severely doubt given that you got to at least put 80 percent of your entire ass in that line of work, the camera snitch needs to get dealt with expeditiously
