I have foldable portables standing desk for laptops but appreciate the suggestion. I def need to workout again.You need a stand-up desk. Sitting down for a copious amount is really unhealthy. Also, you need a daily, fitness plan.

Naw but for real I prep Chicken breast covered in cheese, bacon, guacamole, avacodo, and an egg for lunch. I'll have some edamame or a salad as a side. Blue cheese is my dressing
Everyday
I also do cardio and weights 6 times a week
Sunday is my don't give a fukk day (fits in well since I get slizzerd on Saturdays)
