I don’t think most of the food is garbage. Yams, potato, meat, chicken, brown rice, cheese, bakery shyt, eggs. Some frozen veggies and frozen French fries. Green beans.

During 2020 gained 10 pounds, during late 2021 lost 15 pounds. After the transition it became easier, overall I've exercised more during the past two years than I had in the last 5. I've cooked probably 90% of meals now compared to 50% before WFH. Its a win in my book.
So what you cooking? I’m on a budget

Tropical smoothies with tumeric, banana, mango, and pineapple.
Green: banana, kale, peanut butter, flaxseed

Stir fry: Sometimes no meat. Sometimes a lil chicken breast sliced up and every once in awhile shrimp to switch it up.


I like Stir Fry and mixing it with egg. If you haven't tried it, you missing out :mjgrin:

Outside of spices, what are the usual vegetables you use with the Stir Fry?

16/8 and 20/4 are fasting intervals.

Fast for 16 hours, eating window is 8 hours. Same with 20 hours, 4 hours eating window.
I'm assuming you're not eating oreos all day so I won't give you a grocery list of healthy food

My weight and diet really haven't changed much regardless of working from home or not :yeshrug:

My sleep habits are :trash: now though.

French fries, potato and yams, cheese, baked goods. Scrap all that stuff

It's both lovely and stressful. Stressful because I hate my job, pay and workload. Lovely cause I sneak out, take 2-3 hour lunches to hit the gym and am in the best shape of my life.
Damn breh, take a vacation. Stress kills.
