So what you cooking? I’m on a budgetDuring 2020 gained 10 pounds, during late 2021 lost 15 pounds. After the transition it became easier, overall I've exercised more during the past two years than I had in the last 5. I've cooked probably 90% of meals now compared to 50% before WFH. Its a win in my book.

Stir fry: Sometimes no meat. Sometimes a lil chicken breast sliced up and every once in awhile shrimp to switch it up.

Greenn onions/scallions, bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, and sometimes corn and carrots.I like Stir Fry and mixing it with egg. If you haven't tried it, you missing out
