This! I only go in one day a week but it makes my ass itch. It's so dumb because everything I do is sent to me via email. The only benefits for me are running downtown errands and a fancy lunch lol

I’ve had 3 interviews where they were asking “get to know you better questions” and I shut the shyt down to reverse uno that shyt asking what the RTO policy is, they said either full on-site or hybrid and I hit them with a and left the teams room

Work from home is GOAT. I got switched teams and now can telework unless I have software that needs to be analyzed or some phones that need to be delivered. So much time for important shyt rather than staying in the office wasting time on bullshyt.

So I'm officially 100% and shyt has been lovely :nas: but it's getting HOT and finna get even hotter this week. Got me worried how the energy bill is gonma look consuming so much I figured a good hack would be getting mini ac unit powered on it's own to cut down. Any body use one??? I been looking at the "Arctic Air but it screams 'infomercial'

Yup, I use this to take 5 hour lunchbreaks.

I'm not that flagrant, but I have been known to play PS5 during meetings while on mute.

and I make sure to do my workouts, grocery shopping and grass cutting during the regular workday and NOT after work.

most of the day, I'm watching movies/tv/YT while I work tho.

I've had 3 jobs between 2013 and 2023, and I've worked from home from 2013-2017 then again from 2020-present

our "office" lease isn't getting renewed after this year, and they are closing it next spring, so going in is really not an option.

Once that 5:01 on Friday hits and you get to unplug to chill and not do shyt is

I can see why all them work from work ngas are mad about all that lost commute time

Y’all shouldn’t fukk with the usb mouse jigglers.. IT can find that shyt.. get one of the ones that move or get a cheap analogue watch and stick the mouse on it.

However, some companies go as far as to tackle screenshots and track mouse clicks, so be careful out there.

Lol me too. I put my headset on and take naps during meetings. Keep the phone around for teams pings and so forth.

Yea, some Arabian or Indian cac, new CEO dude who's ultra conservative had a meeting back in April with us about trying to convert us to working hybrid schedules but we all just pretended to nod our heads.

After the meeting, everyone including my PM was like fụck that, we all agreed it's not happening plus we're spread all throughout the countries, cities, states and it's extremely invasive and inconvenient.

I think if they tried to enforce it being that the company never worked in office even pre-covid, thousands of vital employees that benefit to the growth of the company will quit easily.

yeah we only have one person in management who wants to go back. and that's my bosses boss. but her boss, who's at the executive level is like and fully wants to be remote.

the ONLY reason my bosses boss wants to go back in the office is cuz she has young children and likely wants to get outside
