I’ve been at work for 10 Hrs a day for the last few weeks...I stay late voluntarily because there’s so many new projects going on rn on top of the regular deadlines.
I’ve been drinking a lot of tea and taking frequent breaks to move around. It really helps.

Yup, I learned that from working with this one racist cac. Duke to use to fake sick 82% of the time, throw his white privilege friendly card around and be fake busy while I did all the work. Guess who got promoted and guess who said, "fukk this job" and found a better one.

Right now, I gotta cac boss with a h.s. diploma that shows up, once a week, blows the company expenses on p*ssy, clothes and alcohol and gets 6 figures annually.

The whole world is fukked up and in the corporate world, you're either the dikk or the p*ssy and I refuse to get fukked. If you're dealing with a nosey cac, give a vague response, fake a headache or sickness, smile and kindly excuse yourself from their presence.

I do a 930 to 5. Staying late when you don't get overtime is just flat out dumb at any level. I don't know what people motivation for work is but not getting paid is not one of them.

You're trying to deny white privilege. Saying "you have to work twice as hard" to achieve the same level of esteem as a white person in corporate America isn't an instruction on how to behave. It's a warning and a reality of how black people are perceived in their workplaces very often. Negatives are highlighted and achievements and ethics recognized less than white counterparts. That's simply how it is in America.
