To add on to what you said, I was in a job training program at a VA in NYC and most of the workers are regular civilians and not ex military. Some people were fat, some were not

that this dude ran though 32 women in the same building. When I was there I was only familiar with the pharmacy people and some of the nurses, lunch room workers, janitors and secretaries on some floors. Also I don't think there is a single person that is universally known by every person in the hospital. A single VA must employ hundreds of ppl scattered across multiple floors. The VA I was at had like 12 floors
