workin' nights or workin' days? which is better and why?

i've had both schedules before

i've done the mornin' jobs and i've done the night jobs. shyt, i've even had the early evenin' to early mornin' jobs too. i see pros and cons to both schedules

but what's y'alls take on this?

which do you think is better? which do you prefer and why?

Personally i would prefer mornings so i can do stuff later.
Ive worked morning,night, and overnight and they all suck if you dont like what you do
