Thats where I'm at right now on life.
Doing a job that could easily be done by a machine.
Doing the same repetitive tasks nine hours a day six days a week.
Feels like one of those punishments from ancient cac Greek mythology.
Yet people at my company stay for 20, 30, 40 years.
I just want to stop showing up. But I'm tired of walking out of jobs I hate.
The economy nowadays is hella better than it was when I graduated from college back in 09'. I never used my degree in graphic design. I have a non-existent portfolio because my old computer melted down a couple years ago. I descended into alcoholic dereliction for a few years before getting back on the right track. How do you a job day in day out that you fukking hate with a passion?

I'm not talking skilled trades but shyt you can learn in five minutes and this is shyt that people do for 50 hours a week until they're literally old and gray and physically unable to screw in bolts anymore.
They just wanna see a player flourish. The money is decent, but not worth my dignity and sanity.
a lot of people get off to a slow start.
Just do your job and devote every minute of your free time to pursuing a passion/having fun.
