An article full of lies😂 I sleep like the dead every night. My family is always saying they hope nothing ever happens during the night because I'll sleep right through it🤣

Lowkey I believe it. I’ve been getting shyt sleep the last few months, waking up later but feeling more tired and groggy, even after sleeping until like 9. Usually don’t feel like I’ve really gotten into my day until 10-11am. Sometimes I’ll finish work then pop open my laptop to check it later in the evening.

Work and home kinda blend together, I don’t love working from home, but it still beats the hell out of commuting to an office everyday.
Really agree with ur last paragraph....going into the office and traffic back and forth sucks. Plus WFH allows flexibility. I'm glad I only have to go in one day a week now.

Actually sometimes u get LESS work done at the office. Like for my command, when we have the all hands mtgs...those of us who talk to and like our coworkers
we spend most of the day catching up with coworkers and the hour or 2 with boring meetings. So those days we don't get much done.

Well, I do get horrible sleep…

but that’s cause I’m in the club every night and sleep all day :heh:
Damn I wish I was WFH in my 20s and early 30s...that's awesome being young and WFH. U just gotta be disciplined enough.

and on top of that the 4 day work week has resulted in more production, less stress, and increased profits. Look it up

Funny enough they had a similar study almost 100 years ago and almost passed a law for a 32 hour work week. Not that a law is needed, all a company has to say is we close on this day, but just saying. That law was somehow thrown under a pile back then.

but yeah the long work week can be sadistic

When King Solomon of Israel, the wisest man to ever live was constructing the temple in Israel, he had the men work in shifts of 6 hours, so they could go home and spend time with their families.

they've been paying to spread this narrative for years.

Soon it'll be "why the four day work week is bad for gen z's mental health and social skills"

nobody believes this.

I remember the days of waking up at 5am to get ready, then walk 25 minutes to the bus, to transfer to a light rail, to catch a mini bus to be at work at 8 am, which was a call center. Not a fun time.
