Why Working From Home is So Disruptive to Your Sleep Schedule
If you’ve been staying up later and hitting your snooze button more, you’re not alone. Here’s why.getpocket.com
You getting that ass back in the office, one way or another![]()
Really agree with ur last paragraph....going into the office and traffic back and forth sucks. Plus WFH allows flexibility. I'm glad I only have to go in one day a week now.Lowkey I believe it. I’ve been getting shyt sleep the last few months, waking up later but feeling more tired and groggy, even after sleeping until like 9. Usually don’t feel like I’ve really gotten into my day until 10-11am. Sometimes I’ll finish work then pop open my laptop to check it later in the evening.
Work and home kinda blend together, I don’t love working from home, but it still beats the hell out of commuting to an office everyday.
Damn I wish I was WFH in my 20s and early 30s...that's awesome being young and WFH. U just gotta be disciplined enough.Well, I do get horrible sleep…
but that’s cause I’m in the club every night and sleep all day![]()
