OK, "playa". You completely miss the point but do your thing. You should keep current with the legalities of workplace romances, especially if you hold a higher position than her.

I frankly don't understand why a "playa" has to carry on relationships at work and bring all that drama to the workplace when he can have a relationship outside of work.

I had homeboys who did that shyt bragging and with one guy the girl had a mental breakdown when he didn't want a relationship, she snitched on him to everyone he kept the story from calling him a scumbag "predator" misogynist who took advantage of her. Broke up a lot of friendships and the worst part is that after she put his name through the mud, she was still running back to him thirsty for the D. He still told her he didn't want to date her desperate ass.
