Well I want the videos to pop like some hype Williams video. What are some tricks or transitioning techniques I can use. Also in alot of the media I have I need to blur faces and body parts to protect who I believe are innocent
well first it depends on what you're using. from what i can see in the video you're using either imovie or windows movie maker. which is fine you don't need an expensive editor.
if you have a mac download the final cut pro trial it's free.
if you have a pc download avid and use the free trials.
to get the hype williams style you have to focus on a lot of action. Try zooming in the girl on the pole when she does her movements. also, there should be a way for you to stabilize the video so it isn't shaky in some parts.
for transitions, you were actually fine on that. if it looks too silly in the cutting room don't use it. for music videos always just focus on quick cuts and fast fades. unless you're going for a trippy vibe which you're not.
blurring faces is the easiest thing to do here. you just search how to blur faces on insert editor here.
