Not good, lack of sunlight will make you prone to depression and we got enough of that already.

Did 8-6 for 2 years and maaaan that was long. Would get home bout 8, shower, sleep and then up at 4, shower, eat then be ready to leave with no down time or chilling. Only plus side was it was on Oxford street and would see bytches galore

I worked the midnight shift for damn near a decade. I dont think its ment for people to work those hours. It does sumthing to you after while.

Same here... Humans need to sleep AT NIGHT. Yea you can adjust to sleeping during the day but like you said after a while it has its side effects.

I was recently offered a job 12hr swing shift that rotates every other week. (2-2-3 schedule)

Week 1 6am to 6pm, work mon and Tues.. off Wed and Thurs.. work Friday Saturday Sunday
Week 2 same hours opposite days off and on

Week 3 same days on and off but 6pm to 6am
(Repeat)

Basically 3 day weekend every other week, only working 14 days a month but also switching from days to nights every other week too

I had to turn it down. The money was good but for that destruction to my sleep cycle the money has to be ridiculously good
