I rather work with an old Asian woman over a old cac/jew/hispanic any day of the week, at least they mind their fukking business. Interactions with them are either positive or benign, working  for them might be different, but older Black and South Asian women have a good record in my personal experience.

90% of my workplace discomfort and unhappiness comes from (older) white women. They are bossy, rude, mean spirited and childish. Like @Mufasa Ahadi said: they want to feel in control because Biff and Carl don’t give them any freedom at home.

They are also entitled and habitual line steppers. Had one whisper the n-word under her breath at me one time. I asked her what she said and she said nothing. Told her that our boss would love to hear about that “nothing”. Old bat got fired. Thank goodness.

I can’t stand white women. They’re annoying at best and fatally dangerous at worst with their shenanigans.

Tbh, I might say a lot of crazy shyt on here but black women aren’t even close to being as horrible as white women in the workspace. I’ve had issues- professionally once or twice with a black woman.

I’ve had countless negative experiences with white women tho.
