Your diet is most important as well because muscle isn't built in the gym, but rather in the kitchen.

Hell yeah you can.

The big 5 compound lifts should be your staple (especially if you're going the natural route).

On top of that they're the most efficient time wise

By back row I assume you mean bent over row.

I will say the hammer strength pulldowns machines are 1000 times better than pullups. You can really load up on those things
