If you are a sloppy ass, non assertive, terrible communicating, non common sense having ass dude, don't date at work.
1. Don't approach females, let them come onto you. Make a effort to stay in public areas where others can see she is smitten with you. Don't fukking hover around her desk or area, she should be doing that for you. Do not delete texts, emails, or other communications between you two ever.
2. Nothing wrong fukking women in your department, when you two break it off just be a fukking man about it and don't act like a lil bytch when you see her talking about "it's awkward".
3. Do not fukk multiple women in the same department, you certainly are begging for drama.
4. If she acts up, keep your cool, don't argue or entertain her foolishness. Just talk to her like a normal human being and keep it moving if that doesn't work.
