Soul Food IS American.. It started here, nobody makes it like us, and I would put a plate of it against ANY countries cuisine

Outside of the known traditional cuisines like italian, greek, french, middle eastern, spanish, japanese and chinese you can't really rank food by countries. A lot of country cuisines are a blend of these due to geography and history.
