by bush league i mean it wasn't a money maker like wcw and wwe. it's top talent were guys that never made it in the other two or past their prime. yes they did have their own talent but they never had a major tv deal and no exposure for their talent. it was also a product that got over with shock value. once the shock is gone so is the value. had candido gone to wcw he would have got tv time and worked with guys like guerrero, benoit and malenko. he would have also gotten paid and on time. wcw also gave a lighter schedule. maybe he could've jump back to wwe eventually. he was never gonna be a big star but he could have made a better living. sunny could have cleaned up if she stayed in wwe or went to wcw. believe me ecw was bad for both of them. one is dead and the other is doing porn.

ehh. i give '96 & '97 to wcw.
ecw was '95 tho. by a large margin.

bret was exposed breh. in the wwf, he was a big fish in a small pond. wcw was full of superstars & bigger names than bret.
and his main claim to fame was his workrate. but he got to wcw and there were plenty of wrestlers over there, putting on better matches.

they werent even in the south most of the time. and even when they were, those hicks will cheer for people like ron killings and da gangstaz while theyre trying to work heel on that malcolm x. lol. bret's flaggin aint got nothin on that.

If HBK came out with Hunter and Rock showed up with Roman and they got into it, if HBKGOAT super kicked Rocks head off the heat would be off the charts. The fans would demand that match headline mania over Roman any day.
If he got into it with AJ , same result, HBK headlines not curtain jerks with the rest of the rift raff.
