Care to explain?

How does Tyson Chandler take shots away from Amare? In game 5 Melo took 31 shots compared to Amare's 7.

Amare's only strength is scoring but he can't get enough touches playing alongside a volume scorer like Melo.

If anything, Tyson helps Amare by covering Amare's biggest weakness and fortifying the Knicks' defensive back line.

it aint shots, its positions on the court and whats being ran. Chandler and Amare, even tho Tyson is a very limited offensive player, like to take up the same spots and have the same plays ran for them

And I am speaking solely on the offensive end.

Carmelo could take 5-7 less shots a game, and Amare would still have the same problem. Its not a coincidence, imo, that Amare's best scoring game in the Heat series came when Chandler was deep in foul trouble. Amare moved to the 5 and had the spots Chandler would occupy to himself.

Again, this is just my theory.

it's a tough call but ima go with Booz on this one. both of em played like shyt but i feel like they can still do damage in the right situation for em. they both need a good distributing point, and centers that get out they way for them to be effective. amare can probly still beast in a game tho, loozer has zero impact.

My brother's keeper
In 2 years you have 2 examples of value?

I know Bosh is an All-Star but they need role players more than a 3rd All-Star IMO.
You expect me to go and post every example?

Bosh is able to step up into a major role when required and is far more reliable night in/night out than a role player, they have role players out the ass and will keep adding those every year.

The point is Bosh has no business being in the conversation of this thread since a GM would have no problem taking on his contract
