Mine was last year going to an interview at some company and was interviewed by some young white bytch. When she saw I was a black male she barely made eye contact, then she was shaking the entire interview like I was going to jump across the desk and rape her. Mind you I had a sharp as tailored navy Jcrew suit on with designer eye glasses, but still she saw me as a savage for all you respectability politic c00nservatives. Of course I didn't get the job.

The economic downturn hit Michigan right when I was getting out of high school. People lined up around the block for a job at walmart. 
Anyway secured a interview at Best Buy, fat cac bytch doing the interview. She opens with "I see you graduated from Western Michigan".
I say no, she looks at her paper and asks "you're so and so right?" I say yes, turns out she had the wrong person with the same name. She wasnt even embarrassed with her own stupidity starts to grill me on my job history or lack thereof as I was just out of high school in that snarky fat white bytch way we all know.
Long story short I didnt get the job obviously however to this day I dont know what was worse me wasting my time or some guy who graduated college having to apply to work at Best Buy

Tech company where they make you whiteboard interview in front everybody (who are busy working, but they could see everything).
Their tech lead and another guy I would have been working under were super lame.
I don't care though, I'm slaying it at my current company with a lot more work-life balance and ceiling.

Had to do a presentation plugged my usb and a blank presentation with just my name and the title of the topic came up
Still got offered the job though because I just freestyled it and made a joke out of it as best I could

Never had a bad person to person interview, but I’ve fukked up a few of those phone interviews and a hirevue one.
Interview was at Nestle, as a sr process engineer, and they used the hirevue as a prescreen. Soon, as that bytch turned on, I froze up, and then started fumbling over my words and shyt. Ain’t even finish the interview, before I just closed my laptop and took my L.

i didnt like that shyt.i like 1on1 interviews
that interview had me tweaking.i was sweating nervous n shyt.had to hit a blunt and a cig right after.
