Toews is gettng suspended for Tuesdays game against Colorado because hes sick and cant participate in the ASG this weekend?? wtf are they suspending him for?? he only played 10 mins on Wednesday cuz hes been very ill

NBA has the best all star game because its larger than friggin life and a honoelr

Ain't the NHL much different than the 80s in terms of play and systems.

Breh are you crazy ? Just look at the numbers,every season on average you had about 20 players crack 100 points...EVERY season.

Now youre lucky if ONE can do it...The goaltenders equipment is huge compared to 30 yrs ago...go look at old footage lol...

This season is the 3rd lowest league wide goals per game in league history...coaches play to not lose in 2016.

Theres a huge difference in systems.

The worst thing the league ever did to water down the game was give teams 1 point for losing in OT or a shootout...Thats contributed so much to it being so unwatchable right now....teams are just playing to get to OT and get a point...

His "role" and what he does as an enforcer is not put into a metric. So his scoring and points stats are low. Much like defensemen, most don't have a lot of points (although offensive defensemen do have high point and goal numbers), and they have higher stats in other categories like hits.

Neal Broten had 105 points in 85-86 lol...the average goalie GAA was 3.50.

Teams werent trapping,no points for losing in OT,teams were trying to win...
